Ingredients:

celery stalks
hummus
red bell pepper or pimiento, finely diced

Directions:
Stuff celery stalks with hummus and top with finely diced red bell peppers or pimiento.

Comments:
A fun variation of an old favorite! The red and green make this a nice appetizer for the holidays.
