Boil the yam and carrots together until soft; drain. In a blender, combine all ingredients and puree until creamy. Pour and serve warm, or refrigerate for future use. Comments: This recipe makes 4-6 servings of "pudding" (may want to double the molasses and/or add nutmeg & allspice for that use), or soup. For soup, the texture should be creamy and viscous, but thinner than pudding. Serve warm or cold, depending on the use. Liam's Power Smash SmoothieIngredients:
Combine all ingredients except molasses and ice, and blend until smooth. Blend in molasses. Add ice, and blend on high until thoroughly incorporated. Pour and serve.
