Baked Chocolate Custard

- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup vegan margarine (softened)
- Egg replacer for 2 eggs (as instructed on box)
- 1-1/2 teaspoons vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Mix first 3 ingredients together.
In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients. Fold in dry ingredients.
Spread in a shallow 8" or 9" baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes.
This is great as is, or as a topping for vegan ice cream.
