Cook 2 cups blueberries in 1-1/2 cup boiling water for 5 minutes. Add sugar and orange juice, and cook 5 minutes. Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup cold water, and add to cooked blueberries. Stir until thickened. Cool and pour into baked pie shell. Top with remaining berries. Refrigerate. Submit a Recipe |
