Melt margarine in microwave on high for 30 seconds. Microwave celery and herbs on high until soft. Stir in bell pepper and cook for few minutes on high. Add water, chick peas and mushrooms. Cook for a few minutes. Add tahini and cook for 1 minute. Serves 2-3 as a side dish. Comments: May add other seasonings. If too dry, add more water and half a vegetable stock cube. Good served with baked sweet potato. Submit a Recipe |
