Vegan Recipes - Entrees
Tofu Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
- 8 oz pasta, cooked & drained (tri-color shells or rotini)
- 1 pkg. baked tofu, cubed
- 1/2 pkg. Follow Your Heart vegan cheddar, finely cubed
- 2-3 Roma tomatoes, de-seeded and chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2-3 ribs celery, chopped
- 1/2 bottle salad dressing, any variety (or 1 batch homemade)
Directions:
Toss together and chill before serving.
