Vegan Recipes - Side Dishes

Mint Sauce

Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch fresh mint leaves
  • 1 block tofu, any kind
  • Green chilies, to taste
  • 4-5 stalks Chinese parsley
  • Salt to taste
Directions:
Grind mint leaves, green chilies and Chinese parsley together. Add tofu and salt. Add a little water if needed.

Comments:
This sauce should be the consistency of salad dressing. Add a little vinegar and olive oil and this can be used as salad dressing also.
