Vegan Recipes - Side Dishes

Geoff MacGlashan Squash

Ingredients:
  • 1 buttercup squash
  • 1 Granny Smith apple, peeled and diced
  • 3 Tablespoons vegan margarine
  • cinnamon (optional)
Directions:
Bake squash until tender, and remove from shell. Put squash and diced apple into a bowl; add margarine and cinnamon if desired. Mash. Put into a casserole and bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serve.
