Jamie Wilson - Managing Editor
Jamie is a passionate vegan and an avid supporter of all things organic and
evironmentally responsible. She loves reading, writing and trying new vegan
recipes, and has been known to spend hours upon hours grocery shopping.
After graduating in 2003 from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa with a
degree in Public Relations, Jamie moved to Rochester, New York with her
husband Kirk, where they currently reside. She is currently lucky enough to
be able to stay at home with her 2-year-old son Erik, and is very excited to
be a part of VegFamily.

Dina Aronson - Nutrition Advisor
Dina Aronson, MS, RD, Nutrition Advisor for VegFamily Magazine, is a vegan dietitian whose specialties include chronic disease prevention, vegetarian/vegan nutrition, and lifestyle. Dina enjoys gourmet vegan cooking, downhill skiing, and traveling. Dina believes that everyone's health can benefit by moving toward a plant-based diet. Contact Dina |

Marty Davey - Nutrition Advisor
Marty Davey is a Registered Dietitian and has a Masters degree in Food and Nutrition from Marywood University. She became a vegetarian in 1980 when she discovered that the French didn't want our meat products due to factory farming methods. She began studying nutrition while cleansing her diet to a totally plant-based lifestyle. She has a private practice specializing in assisting clients transitioning from the conventional Western foods to a plant-based regime.

Cathe Olson - The Whole Family
Cathe is a freelance writer and the author of Simply Natural Baby Food and The Vegetarian Mother's Cookbook. She has studied vegetarian, macrobiotic, and whole foods nutrition and cookery. Cathe cooked at natural foods restaurants and delis in the San Francisco Bay and Central Coast areas of California before settling down with her husband Gary to raise a family. Penelope Sullivan lives in the Sierra Foothills. She has a Bachelor?s Degree in Holistic Nutrition and is a Certified Family Herbalist. Currently she spends most of her time delighting in the glorious gifts of nature with her three-year old son Nelson. John Pierre - Health and Fitness
For the last 15 years, John Pierre, nutrition and fitness consultant, has been lecturing throughout the United States about the powers of a plant-based diet. He has been a
presenter at the following conferences: NAVS (North American Vegetarian Society), Natural Hygiene, FARM, AVS (American Vegan Society) and the Raw Foods Sports Camp. He is a regular presenter at Wild Oats, a large natural foods chain, and lectures at various vegetarian and raw food groups, organizations, senior centers and retirement homes. He also conducts group fitness boot camps and works with individual clients. For the past two decades, John has also served as a dedicated advocate for women, animals and the environment. He incorporates the importance of living a loving and compassionate lifestyle into all the work that he does.
