Why Did You Go Vegan?

I'm almost 73 years old. I got to investigating vegan dieting from 3ABN TV on Sky Angel. I have Hepatitus-C, High Blood Pressure, Hypothyroidism( 85% thyroid removed), and Type II Diabetes. I know my diabetes should be diet regulated, but ended up haing to take Glucontrol (Dr. orders). Article continues below

I'm coming to beleive that vegan diet might help a lot. I've been trying to go vegan, starting about 3 weeks ago. I thank you for the help you have already provided on your recipes, etc. Any advice on food choices, etc. would be helpful.
